Senior finance partner opportunity to lead and grow a project finance-focused practice in Muscat. The role is for an established partner who can advise on complex finance and corporate transactions across Oman and the wider region.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you will handle high-value project finance matters, build a regional pipeline, and mentor local fee-earners. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and develop client relationships is welcomed.

Proven partner-level experience in project finance and corporate transactions.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to develop a portable practice is an advantage.
Experience advising on cross-border financings and working with local/regional regulators and lenders.
Strong team leadership and business development capabilities; experience mentoring mid-senior associates.
