Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Salt Lake City finance and corporate practice. The role will focus on asset and investment management work across fund formation, manager-side counseling and related corporate transactions.

The team handles sophisticated transactional and regulatory matters for institutional clients; the incoming partner will work alongside experienced deal teams and have opportunity to develop a portable practice in the region.

Established partner-level experience in asset/investment management and related corporate or fund work
Strong technical ability on transactional and regulatory aspects of investment management
Proven track record of leading matters and mentoring junior lawyers
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to transfer admission
