The role focuses on leading client engagements, originating new business and managing high-value cross-border and domestic transactions.

Established partner with proven transactional practice in private equity, venture capital and/or capital markets.
Demonstrable client origination and ability to bring or grow a portable book of business.
Strong technical skills across corporate, finance and securities matters and experience leading deal teams.
Admission to practice in Texas or willingness/ability to obtain admission; excellent client-facing and business development skills.
