Established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Miami office to lead and grow finance, corporate and securities work. The role will focus on private equity, venture capital and capital markets matters and will combine originating business with leading complex transactions.

The successful candidate will join a cross-practice team advising corporate and financial sponsors on buyouts, financings, investments and public and private securities offerings. This is a business-development focused role with significant client‑facing responsibility and firm leadership opportunities.

Experienced partner with a strong transactional finance, corporate and securities background (private equity, venture capital, capital markets).
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (Florida preferred) and technically proficient on complex transactions and securities work.
Ability to grow a portable practice and contribute to business development and firm leadership.
