Senior finance and corporate partner opportunity in Seattle with a major international law firm. The role will focus on leading high-value finance and banking matters, corporate transactions and securities work, with frequent interaction on private equity, venture capital and capital markets matters.

The firm is seeking a market-facing partner who can run and develop a portable practice, mentor senior associates, and work collaboratively across national and international teams. This role offers a platform to originate and expand client relationships and to take a leadership role in a busy, multidisciplinary practice.

Established partner-level experience in finance, corporate transactions and securities.
Proven record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business welcome.
Experience advising on private equity, venture capital and capital markets matters.
Ability to lead teams, supervise associates and work across cross-border practices.
