Lateral Partner — Finance, Corporate & Securities (Washington, D.C.)

Senior finance and corporate partner opportunity in Washington, D.C. for an experienced transactional lawyer with a broad practice including private equity, venture capital and capital markets work. The role sits within a full-service firm platform and will lead and grow cross-practice deal teams.

The position emphasizes client origination, portable relationships and hands-on deal execution across secured lending, acquisition finance, fund-related investments and securities matters. You will advise sophisticated corporate and investor clients on complex transactions and mentor junior lawyers.

• Established partner with a demonstrated track record in finance, private equity, venture capital or capital markets transactions.
• Proven origination ability and a portable practice or client relationships to develop business.
• Strong deal execution experience on complex transactional matters and experience leading teams.
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and ability to work from the Washington, D.C. office.
