Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to build and lead its project finance and energy transactional practice from the Austin office. The role focuses on renewable energy financings, project development, and related corporate/finance work.

The partner will join an established cross-practice team advising sponsors, lenders and investors on structured financings and development-stage transactions in the power and renewables sector. This is a rainmaking role: the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow a portable practice and originate client work.

Partner-level experience in project finance, energy finance or renewables transactions.
Track record of originating and managing complex financings and client relationships.
Ability to lead deal teams and mentor junior lawyers.
Admission to practice in Texas (or plans to transfer admission).
