Seeking a partner to lead and grow a project finance and renewable energy practice from the Madison office of a leading US law firm. The role will focus on structured finance, project development financings, and transactional work across the renewable/energy sector.

The successful candidate will join an established finance team, taking ownership of client relationships, originating new work, and mentoring junior lawyers. Portable business is welcome and the role emphasizes business development and practice-building in renewables and project finance.

Established partner with a proven track record in project finance and renewable energy transactions.
Deep technical knowledge of finance and energy regulatory issues and experience leading complex financings.
Demonstrated client origination and business development ability; portable practice welcome.
Experience supervising and developing associates; strong leadership and collaborative skills.
Bar admission or eligibility to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (Wisconsin) preferred.
