Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand its finance practice in Los Angeles with a focus on energy and renewable project finance. The role involves leading complex financings, advising developers and lenders, and working across cross-functional deal teams.

The successful candidate will have a portable practice or demonstrable origination ability and will play a senior business-development role in growing the renewables and project finance pipeline in the region. This is a partner-track placement with opportunities to shape team priorities and client strategy.

Partner-level experience in project finance, structured finance or energy financings, preferably including renewables.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business or clear business-development plan welcome.
Admissions and standing to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
Ability to lead deal teams, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practice groups.
