Senior finance partner sought to lead and grow a project finance and renewable energy practice from the firm's Orlando office. The role focuses on structuring, negotiating and executing financing transactions for energy projects, with a mix of sponsor-side and lender-side work.

The successful candidate will join an established national finance platform and will work closely with cross-practice teams on energy and infrastructure matters. This is an opportunity to develop a market-facing practice in renewables and related project financings.

Portable business is welcomed: the firm is looking for a partner with a proven track record of originating and managing client relationships in the energy or project finance sector.

Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
Established partner-level experience in project finance and energy transactions, including renewables.
Demonstrable origination and client-development history; ability to bring or grow portable business.
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills; experience working with lenders, sponsors and multidisciplinary teams.
