Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a project finance and renewable energy practice from the Boston office of a leading U.S. law firm. The role will focus on advising sponsors, lenders and other market participants on financings, project development, and transactional matters across the renewable energy sector.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to originate and execute transactions, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with cross-practice groups on complex energy and structured finance matters. Portable client relationships and the ability to drive business development in the New England market are highly valued.

Proven partner-level experience in project finance and structured finance transactions, with a focus on renewable energy (wind, solar, storage, or related projects).
Track record of originating and closing complex financings and leading deal teams.
Strong commercial judgment and client-management skills; demonstrable business development capability and portable relationships preferred.
Bar admission or eligibility to practice in Massachusetts or ability to obtain admission.
