Seeking a lateral partner to join a prominent national law firm's Finance & Energy practice in Tampa. The role will focus on project finance and renewable energy transactions, leading deal execution, advising sponsors and lenders, and developing new business across the region.

The successful candidate will lead complex financings, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (finance, regulatory, tax), and help grow an established energy practice. This position offers access to firm resources and a platform to expand a portable practice.

Established partner with significant experience in project finance and renewable energy transactions.
Proven track record originating and managing complex financings; demonstrable client relationships/portable practice welcomed.
Strong transactional skills, negotiation experience, and ability to lead deal teams.
Active bar admission in the United States and ability to be based in or relocate to Tampa.
