Seeking a lateral partner to join the finance and insurance practice of a leading US law firm’s Denver office. The role centers on transactional and regulatory work for insurance-sector clients, advising on a broad range of finance matters and insurer-side commercial issues.

Ideal candidates will take a senior role in originating and managing client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers, and helping grow the regional practice. This is a partner-level opportunity for an experienced attorney with an established, portable practice.

Partner-level experience with a track record in finance and insurance matters (transactional and regulatory focus).
Proven rainmaking and client-development ability; portable practice preferred.
Strong leadership and team-management skills; experience supervising associates.
Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction and ability to work from the Denver office.
