Seeking an experienced partner to join a busy Finance & Insurance practice in the Florham Park office. The role will lead insurance-related finance matters, advise institutional and commercial clients, and work across transactional and regulatory issues.

The successful candidate will manage deal teams, develop client relationships, and drive business origination in the practice area. The team handles a broad range of insurance-sector finance work (excluding insurance coverage defense matters).

This is a partner-level role open to candidates with an established, portable practice and a track record of client development in finance and insurance matters.

Established partner-level experience in finance and insurance matters.
Proven client origination and ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Track record of leading transactions and managing teams.
Admission to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) preferred.
