Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Finance & Insurance practice in Fort Myers. The role focuses on transactional and regulatory work across finance and insurance matters, advising lenders, sponsors and insurance-market participants.

The partner will originate and lead client engagements, manage deal teams and work collaboratively across practices on cross-cutting matters. The team handles a broad range of insurance-related matters; the hire should note the group does not handle matters brought against insurers or insurance coverage and defense work.

A portable practice and proven ability to develop client relationships are welcomed; the position offers opportunity to grow a regional practice within a national platform.

Established partner-level experience in finance and/or insurance law, with substantial transactional and/or regulatory work
Proven origination skills and client-development track record; portable book of business preferred
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (Florida) and ability to practice in the U.S.
Experience leading teams and supervising associates on complex matters
