Senior hire to join a busy finance and insurance practice based in Los Angeles. The role will lead complex commercial finance and insurance-related matters across transactional and advisory work.

Work covers a broad range of insurance and finance matters (excluding insurer-directed coverage disputes and insurance-defense litigation). The team serves corporate and institutional clients on deals, regulatory issues and coverage-adjacent transactional work.

Looking for an established partner with a demonstrable portable practice or significant client relationships in finance and/or insurance who can help grow the Los Angeles platform.

Established partner-level experience in finance and/or insurance practice areas.
Proven track record of originating or maintaining client relationships; a portable practice is desirable.
Strong transactional and advisory experience on commercial finance and insurance matters.
Admission to practice in California (or eligible) and ability to work in Los Angeles.
