Established national law firm seeks a partner to join its Minneapolis practice focusing on finance and insurance matters. The role is client-facing and involves leading complex financing transactions and advising insurance-sector clients on commercial and regulatory issues.

The team handles a broad range of finance work across industries and provides counsel to insurers and insureds on transactional and regulatory questions (excluding insurance coverage defense matters). This is an opportunity to grow a market-facing practice within a well-resourced platform.

Established partner with a proven finance and/or insurance transactional practice.
Demonstrated client development and business-generation capability; portable book of business welcome.
Strong technical skills in commercial finance, lending, or insurance regulatory matters.
Track record of leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers; active admission in Minnesota or willingness to obtain admission.
