Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy New York finance and insurance practice. The role focuses on transactional finance work for insurance-sector clients, covering a broad range of matters while excluding insurer coverage and defense litigation.

The partner will work within a national finance team, lead deal execution, and mentor associates. This is an opportunity to grow and originate work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary platform.

Established partner-level experience in finance and/or insurance-related transactional work.
Proven business development and client relationship skills; portable practice welcomed.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and deal-management abilities; experience leading teams on complex transactions.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and ability to work from the New York office.
