Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join the Philadelphia office to build and lead a finance and insurance practice. The role focuses on transactional and advisory work at the intersection of finance and insurance, including regulatory, product, and commercial matters.

The ideal hire will have an established, portable practice and be comfortable originating and managing client relationships while mentoring junior lawyers. This is a partner-level opportunity with significant responsibility for business development and practice growth in the region.

Proven partner-level finance and/or insurance practice experience
Track record of originating or maintaining client relationships; ability to bring a portable practice preferred
Experience with transactional, regulatory, or advisory matters in finance and insurance (not focused on insurer defense/coverage litigation)
Strong business development and team leadership skills
