Seeking a lateral partner to join a national firm’s Scottsdale office to lead and grow a finance and insurance-focused practice. The role emphasizes partner-level responsibility for originating and managing transactional and regulatory matters across financial services and insurance sectors.

Work will include broad finance-related engagements and insurance matters, excluding insurer-side coverage litigation and defense work. The firm is looking for a visible rainmaker to develop the regional practice and collaborate with national teams.

Established partner with proven transaction and/or regulatory experience in finance and/or insurance law
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business expected
Strong client-facing and team leadership skills; ability to work with national practice groups
Bar admission and relevant industry experience in the United States
