The role suits a partner who handles complex litigated matters and cross-practice issues involving private equity, life sciences, technology and energy clients.
The team delivers high-stakes patent and antitrust litigation alongside transactional finance matters, and works for sophisticated corporate clients across multiple industries. The hire will collaborate with national and regional teams on cross-border and domestic matters.
This opportunity is for a partner with an established, portable practice who can contribute origination and client relationships while helping grow the firm’s dispute resolution and finance offerings in the market.
- Established partner with substantial trial and litigation experience in patent and antitrust matters and familiarity with finance-related disputes.
- Proven track record advising private equity, life sciences, technology or energy clients (litigation and related transactional exposure a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships; experience integrating with cross-practice teams.
- Bar admission and standing to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; strong writing and advocacy skills.
