Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Atlanta office covering finance, leveraged and structured finance matters alongside IP-focused litigation work. The role will sit at the intersection of commercial finance transactions and patent litigation, supporting both transactional and disputes-led practices.

The team is looking for an experienced rainmaker who can develop and lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practice groups on cross-cutting client engagements. Established partner track record in finance transactions and/or patent litigation.
Proven portable practice or demonstrable book of business; ability to originate and grow client relationships.
Experience leading teams, supervising associates, and managing client-facing matters.
Strong commercial judgment across transactional finance and patent litigation issues.
