Lateral Partner — Finance, IP & Litigation (Austin)

Senior attorney opportunity for a lateral partner to join a major national practice in Austin, leading work at the intersection of finance, structured and leveraged transactions, and patent litigation. The role will combine transactional finance matters with IP disputes and related commercial litigation.

The team advises borrowers, sponsors and lenders on complex structured and leveraged financings and handles high-stakes patent litigation. The firm seeks a partner who can lead matters, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across finance and litigation practices.

• Established partner with substantial experience in leveraged/structured finance and in-house or law-firm patent litigation matters
• Proven record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred
• Strong trial or litigation advocacy experience and comfort handling complex financing documentation
• Bar admission in Texas or ability to become licensed; excellent leadership and business development skills
