Leading global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Boston office to expand both finance and intellectual-property litigation capabilities. The role will split focus between complex finance matters (including leveraged and structured financings) and high-stakes patent litigation.

Ideal candidate will steward and grow a portable practice, work closely with cross-office teams, and play a visible business-development and client-facing role. This is an opportunity to join a multi-practice platform with national and international matters.

Established partner with a track record in patent litigation and significant experience on finance transactions (leveraged/structured finance).
Portable practice and demonstrable business development experience; ability to bring client matters or a book of business.
Strong trial and/or litigation advocacy skills for patent matters and transaction experience for finance work.
Licensed to practice in Massachusetts or able to obtain admission; excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
