Lateral Partner — Finance, IP Litigation, Bridgehampton (Long Island)

Experienced partner-level lawyer sought for a well-established office on Long Island (Bridgehampton). The role combines finance practice work with a significant patent litigation component and suits a lawyer who leads both transactional finance matters and complex intellectual property disputes.

This is a partner opportunity for a lawyer with a portable practice and demonstrated ability to generate and manage client relationships. You will join a multi-disciplinary team advising sophisticated borrowers, lenders and corporate clients on leveraged and structured finance matters while also handling high-value patent litigation.

• Proven partner-level experience in finance (leveraged/structured finance) and patent litigation.
• Track record of originating and maintaining client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
• Strong litigation and transactional skillset; courtroom and deal experience.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Long Island office.
