Established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Chicago office to lead and grow practices across finance and intellectual-property litigation. The role combines high-value finance work (including leveraged and structured finance) with patent litigation matters.

The team supports national and international clients across complex financings and contested IP disputes. This position is suited to a partner with an existing, portable practice who can originate business and collaborate across practice groups.

Partner-level experience in finance (leveraged/structured) and/or patent litigation.
Proven track record of originating or leading matters; a portable book of business in patent litigation or finance is preferred.
Strong client-development skills and ability to work cross-practice and with senior firm leadership.
