Seeking a lateral partner to join a major Dallas practice handling complex finance matters alongside intellectual property disputes. The role blends leveraged and structured finance work with high-stakes patent litigation, advising lenders, sponsors and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop and mentor fee-earners, and help grow a portable practice. This is a visible partner role with significant responsibility for originating and managing matters across finance and IP litigation.

Established partner track record in finance transactions and/or IP litigation, with significant courtroom or deal experience
Substantive experience in leveraged and structured finance and/or patent litigation
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Strong leadership, client development and team management skills
