Senior lateral partner opportunity with a major international firm seeking a partner to lead and grow a cross-practice finance and intellectual property litigation platform in Philadelphia. The role will focus on patent litigation matters while supporting and originating finance-related work including leveraged and structured finance.

The firm is looking for a partner with an established, portable practice and demonstrable business-development ability to originate and maintain client relationships. The role offers leadership responsibilities across litigation and finance teams and engagement on high-value, complex matters.

Significant partner-level experience in patent litigation; strong track record of successful case handling and courtroom experience preferred
Experience advising on finance matters (leveraged finance, structured finance) and comfortable working across litigation and transactional teams
Proven portable book of business and demonstrated business-development skills
Admission to practice in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain admission; strong professional references
