Lateral Partner — Finance, IP & Litigation (Salt Lake City)

Seeking a lateral partner to join a leading international law firm’s Salt Lake City office to expand and lead finance and IP litigation matters. The role spans leveraged and structured finance work alongside patent litigation and related intellectual property disputes.

The successful candidate will work across transactional and contentious matters, collaborate with national teams, and develop business in the Mountain West and broader U.S. markets. This position is client-facing and requires a track record of handling complex finance deals and patent litigation.

• Established partner with significant experience in leveraged and structured finance and patent litigation
• Proven record of originating and managing client engagements and leading teams on complex matters
• Portable practice / demonstrable book of business and active client relationships
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
• Strong communication, business development, and mentoring skills
