Senior transactional partner role for a well-established US law firm seeking to expand its Corporate and Intellectual Property practice in Salt Lake City. The role will focus on M&A, private equity and cross-disciplinary matters at the intersection of corporate, IP and energy sectors.

Ideal for an experienced partner who manages complex transactions for corporate and life sciences clients and who can advise on governance and deal structures involving energy-related assets. The position combines client work, business development and practice leadership in a collaborative office environment.

Established partner with a transactional corporate and IP background (M&A, private equity, life sciences preferable)
Experience advising on energy-related transactions and corporate governance matters
Proven client-development ability; a portable practice or book of business is desirable
Strong leadership, team management and communication skills; admitted to practice in relevant jurisdiction
