Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Salt Lake City intellectual property practice. The role focuses on patent and trademark counseling and IP enforcement work, including litigation matters and transactional prosecution.

The team handles a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious IP work. The firm is not seeking counsel for major streaming-platform matters; candidates should expect a varied book of patent and trademark matters across technology and commercial sectors.

• Proven partner-level IP practice with strong experience in patent and trademark matters (prosecution and enforcement).
• Significant litigation experience in patent infringement and trademark disputes preferred.
• Portable client relationships or demonstrable business development ability valued.
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
