Partner, Corporate & Intellectual Property — Salt Lake City

Established, multidisciplinary practice is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow corporate and intellectual property transactional work out of its Salt Lake City office.

The role will focus on M&A, private equity and corporate governance matters with a significant industry emphasis on life sciences and energy clients. You will work with cross‑functional teams on complex deals and advise sophisticated corporate clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record advising on M&A, private equity and corporate governance matters, including IP‑sensitive transactions
• Experience counseling life sciences and energy sector clients preferred
• Demonstrated client origination and relationship management skills; prior team leadership and mentor experience
• Active admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
