Partner, Corporate / M&A — Salt Lake City

Seeking a senior transactional partner to lead and grow a corporate/M&A practice in Salt Lake City. The role focuses on cross-border and domestic M&A, technology-related transactions, capital markets matters, and energy sector work including renewables and oil & gas project development and commercial agreements.

The partner will originate and manage client relationships, lead deal teams, and work with regional and national peers to expand market presence. Strong business-development skills and a track record of bringing significant client work are essential.

• Proven partner-level experience in M&A, corporate transactions and capital markets.
• Substantial experience advising on energy projects—renewables and oil & gas—or related commercial work.
• Demonstrated client origination and business-development success; ability to lead teams on complex deals.
• Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent); excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
