Experienced partner-level securities and finance lawyer sought to join a national U.S. firm’s Salt Lake City office. The role will focus on representing investment managers and institutional clients on securities, investment-management and finance matters, and will partner with cross-office teams on transactional and contested matters.

The firm is looking for a senior lawyer with an established practice who can operate independently and collaborate across practices. The position offers partnership track responsibility for business development, client relationship management, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Proven partner-level experience in securities and finance, including investment management work
Demonstrated book of business or portable client relationships preferred
Track record of originating and managing complex transactions and related litigation or regulatory matters
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
