Seeking a partner to lead and grow a finance & banking practice in the Salt Lake City office of a well-established national law firm. The role covers a broad finance platform including commercial lending, consumer finance and card programs, and public finance matters.

The successful candidate will handle complex transactional work and related commercial litigation, develop client relationships, and collaborate with colleagues across practice groups and offices. Portable business and a demonstrated track record of originating and managing significant engagements are welcome.

Established partner-level experience in finance & banking, with work across commercial lending, consumer finance (including card programs), and public finance
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice preferred
Experience handling related commercial litigation and structuring complex transactions
Strong communication, business development, and team leadership skills
