Leading national law firm seeks a partner to build and lead IP-focused litigation work across healthcare and life sciences matters from its Salt Lake City office. The role combines courtroom and counseling work for clients in regulated healthcare and life‑sciences sectors.

The successful candidate will join an established litigation platform and collaborate with cross‑practice teams including IP, regulatory and healthcare transactional groups. This is a business‑development and matter‑leadership role with significant client-facing responsibilities.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established trial and IP litigation experience, preferably with healthcare or life‑sciences clients
Proven client development and practice‑building track record
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to qualify
