Seeking a partner to join a well-established national law firm’s Salt Lake City office to lead and grow a transactional corporate practice. The role focuses on M&A and corporate transactions, with significant work across energy (renewables and oil & gas), technology-related deals, and capital markets matters.

The ideal candidate will manage complex deal work, supervise teams, and build client relationships across project development and commercial transactions. A portable practice or demonstrable origination capability is welcome and will be supported.

Established partner-level lawyer with strong transactional corporate/M&A experience
Demonstrated experience in energy sector work (renewables and/or oil & gas), including project development and commercial agreements
Experience on technology-related transactions and capital markets matters preferred
Proven client-development skills; ability to originate and grow revenue
Experience supervising junior lawyers and managing deal teams
