Leading national US law firm is seeking a partner to join its Salt Lake City office to grow a securities and finance practice. The role will combine transactional securities work, investment-management matters and related litigation when needed.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to develop client relationships, lead engagements and mentor junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to build a portable practice in a market-focused office while drawing on national firm resources.

Proven partner-level securities and finance experience; background in investment management and related litigation a plus.
Demonstrated ability to originate and maintain client relationships or a portable book of business.
Licensed or able to obtain admission in the relevant state; strong reputation for client service and teamwork.
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates.
