Lateral Partner — Finance, IP & Litigation (San Diego)

Established global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Diego office to lead matters at the intersection of finance and intellectual-property litigation. The role will involve originating and managing complex finance transactions and handling high-stakes patent litigation for sophisticated clients.

The team offers significant cross-practice collaboration with finance and IP specialists; the partner will have a client-facing role, supervising senior associates and participating in business development. Portable client relationships and a demonstrated ability to generate work are welcome.

• Experienced partner-level attorney with a track record in finance transactions and patent litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client matters and to lead teams on complex deals and disputes.
• Strong business development skills and existing client relationships or a portable practice.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the San Diego office.
