Senior lawyer sought for a partner role in a busy Tallahassee office to lead patent litigation work and complement a broader finance practice. The role will involve managing contested IP matters and advising on complex finance and structured/leveraged transactions.

The team seeks a partner capable of originating and growing client relationships, supervising associates, and owning matters from strategy through trial or closing. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable book of business in patent litigation and/or finance are strongly encouraged to apply.

Established partner level experience in patent litigation and related IP disputes
Significant experience advising on finance matters, including leveraged and structured finance
Proven business development track record and ability to bring or grow client relationships
Experience managing teams, supervising associates, and leading matters to trial or transaction close
Bar admission in the relevant state and eligibility to practice in the U.S.
