Lateral Partner — Finance & IP Litigation, Washington, D.C.

Seeking a lateral partner to join a major U.S. office and lead matters at the intersection of finance and intellectual property litigation. The role will focus on patent litigation and related disputes, with frequent collaboration across finance and banking teams on structured and leveraged finance-related litigation.

The partner will lead high‑stakes litigation, mentor junior attorneys, and work closely with cross‑practice teams on complex, multi‑disciplinary matters. The position offers significant visibility on national matters handled from the Washington, D.C. office.

Applicants should bring a portable practice or established client relationships and a demonstrable track record of winning and managing patent litigation and finance‑related disputes. This opening is for a partner‑level hire with responsibility for business development and team leadership.

• Partner‑level experience in patent litigation and related IP disputes; experience with finance‑related litigation a plus
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex, high‑value matters
• Established, portable client relationships or demonstrable business development success
• Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (Washington, D.C. preferred)
