The firm is building its Philadelphia presence within a global platform and seeks a partner with an established leveraged/structured finance practice who can contribute to client matters and help grow business locally and regionally. This is a partner track role with responsibility for origination, client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partnered-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions.
Proven track record leading complex financings for sponsors, banks or alternative lenders.
Portable practice or demonstrable client relationships and business generation capacity preferred.
Strong commercial judgment, leadership and mentoring experience.
