A leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its White Plains office to lead and grow a cross-practice finance and IP litigation offering. The role combines partner-level patent litigation work with significant finance matters, including leveraged and structured finance transactions and related disputes.

The successful candidate will have an established portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in patent litigation and a strong record on finance matters. You will lead engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and help expand regional market presence.

Partner-level experience with a primary emphasis on patent litigation and complementary experience on finance/leveraged or structured finance matters.
Proven business development record and ability to bring or grow client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Strong trial, arbitration, or contested litigation experience and courtroom presence.
Experience supervising teams and collaborating across corporate/finance and IP groups; admission to the New York bar or ability to gain admission.
