Leading international law firm is seeking an experienced partner to anchor cross-practice work in finance, commercial litigation and intellectual property from its Fort Lauderdale office. The role mixes client-facing business development with high-level matter handling across leveraged/structured finance and patent litigation.

The successful candidate will bring a portable practice and established client relationships, handle complex transactions and contested IP matters, and collaborate with national and international teams. The role includes responsibility for originating work, supervising associates, and expanding the local practice.

Proven partner-level experience in leveraged and structured finance and/or patent litigation.
Portable practice with demonstrable client relationships and origination ability.
Strong record of leading matters, mentoring teams, and managing client engagements.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and excellent communication skills.
