Senior partner opportunity in Sacramento for an experienced transactional and litigation lawyer with a strong patent litigation and finance practice. The role will sit at the intersection of intellectual property disputes and complex finance matters, leading matters and mentoring junior lawyers.

The firm is seeking a partner who can originate and grow client relationships, manage high‑stakes patent litigation, and advise on leveraged and structured finance transactions. This position emphasizes business development and a portable practice or client relationships.

Partner-level experience handling patent litigation matters and complex finance transactions (leveraged/structured finance).
Proven track record of originating and managing client work; demonstrable business development ability and portable relationships.
Extensive trial or courtroom experience preferred for litigation matters.
Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in California.
