Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join the Tampa office with a mixed finance, litigation and intellectual property practice. The role will involve originating and managing matters across leveraged and structured finance and leading patent litigation engagements.

This is a rainmaker role: the firm seeks a proven partner who can bring and grow client relationships, supervise teams, and drive cross-practice work within a busy regional office.

Experienced partner with a track record in leveraged/structured finance and patent litigation.
Proven business development ability and a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships.
Strong litigation and transactional leadership, supervising associates and coordinating cross-practice teams.
Active bar admission and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
