Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Wilmington office to grow an integrated finance, litigation and intellectual property practice. The role will blend leveraged/structured finance work with patent litigation matters and cross-practice client advising.

The successful candidate will handle high-value matters, work with a growing team in the office, and collaborate with national and international colleagues on complex transactions and disputes. There is opportunity to develop and lead a portable practice and to contribute to business development initiatives.

Partner-level experience in leveraged and structured finance, with demonstrated transactional capability.
Proven litigation and patent litigation experience, or a hybrid finance/IP litigation background.
Track record of client development and the ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and experience working on multi-jurisdictional matters.
