Established partner-level experience in patent litigation and finance transactions (leveraged/structured finance).
Proven portable practice or demonstrable book of business and active origination skills.
Strong courtroom and strategic litigation record combined with transactional experience.
Admission to the Illinois bar or eligibility to practice in Illinois; ability to be based in or relocate to Chicago.
