Top-tier international law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Florham Park office to lead patent litigation matters and support complex finance matters, including leveraged and structured finance. The role combines courtroom-facing patent work with cross-practice collaboration on financing transactions.

The partner will supervise litigation teams, manage significant docket responsibilities, and work closely with finance lawyers on transactions that touch intellectual property and secured-finance issues. The team represents technology-focused clients across federal courts and agency proceedings.

Applicants should have an established, portable practice and a demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships. This is a partnership-level role with leadership and business-development expectations.

Partnership-level experience with a strong record in patent litigation (federal court and PTAB experience preferred)
Substantial experience advising on finance matters, especially leveraged and structured finance transactions
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Trial and/or appellate experience and experience managing multi-lawyer teams
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
