Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Albany office to expand an established finance and patent-litigation practice. The role combines structured and leveraged finance experience with hands-on patent litigation and intellectual property matters.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, supervise and develop junior lawyers, and contribute to cross-office practices across finance and IP litigation. A demonstrable portable practice and proven business-development capability are important for success in this role.

Significant partner-level experience in both finance (structured/leveraged finance) and patent litigation or closely related IP litigation.
Licensed to practice in New York (or ability to obtain admission) and comfortable handling federal patent matters.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business development is expected.
Experience supervising teams, and coordinating cross-practice, cross-office matters.
